Empires must complete intelligence reports based on information gathered during their enemies Battle Plan Presentation. This information is critical for your Empire to use going into the “Final Battle for the Empire”. The intelligence your Empire accumulates will be your primary weapon in the final battle.

You must develop a strategy within the Empire for recording the intelligence presented to your Empire during your enemy’s presentation   - “time” will be your primary enemy at this point in the battle.  Remember you are bound by an oath of blood to the Empire – failure is not an option.
