TASK 1

Your team will need to create a power point presentation to teach visitors about the Iroquois Confederacy.  Visitors to the museum will want to know about the following aspects of the Iroquois confederacy.

• What is the Iroquois Confederacy?
• Who belonged to the Iroquois Confederacy?
• On a map, show the location of the territory occupied by the Iroquois Confederacy?
• Why was the Iroquois Confederacy formed?
• What was Wampum and why was it significant?
• When was the Iroquois Confederacy formed and how long did it last?
• Can you show the structure (the pieces and parts) of the Confederacy in a chart?

When researching, be sure to record your data in the collection chart.  Once you have all of the necessary information, you can begin to build the Power Point presentation. Remember to use your textbook and the websites listed under Resources.
