Consider yourself as a modern day minstrel.  Instead of roving town to town, you will be roving on an internet website.  After researching a significant character from the Renaissance period, you will be writing a ballad to tell your story.  Once written, your modern day ballad will be transformed into a movie maker project, complete with Renaissance ballad music and collected images of the character you have chosen and their accomplishments.  Remember, your purpose is to capture the imagination of your viewers, and like minstrels of old, take them away to a world of imagination from the past.  Capture your character’s significant contribution to our worldview today.
