1. Create a traveling museum for the future. Place important useful items that represent your identity and citizenship today. What would be important to include to represent you and your life in the early 2000’s? Explain to the class why you think it is important to include your modern day artifact.
2. Take a Digital Picture of the artifact and create a Power Point presentation of your FACT CARD, STORY and ARTIFACT.
3. After researching the many different cultural groups that settled in Alberta, students could find out more about their ancestry and create a class map showing where everyone’s ancestors came from. |
